Summary of Fees & Policies :

• All students are required to pay tuition and registration fees without exception.

• The Board of Trustees at CCK reserves the right to modify fees at any time.

• Admission-related fees (application, placement, reservation) are non-refundable.

• Tuition fees are calculated at a rate of 240 KWD per credit hour for Bachelor’s programs and 190 KWD per credit hour for Diploma programs.

• Student Services Fees & Activities fee is 25 KWD per Fall/Spring semester and 25 KWD in Summer (non-refundable).

• Additional charges may apply for transcripts, IDs, certificates, graduation gown, and special requests.

Payment Options & Schedule:

Full Payment

• Fall & Spring:

1. Registration fees for Diploma Students 550 KWD must be paid before the registration period.
2. Registration fees for Degree Students 750 KWD must be paid before the registration period

• Summer:

All tuition fees must be paid in full before classes begin.

Installment Plan

1. Week 1: Semester begins (Add & Drop period).
2. Week 4: First installment due (50% of remaining tuition fees).
3. Week 6: Course withdrawal deadline.
4. Week 8: Second installment due (25% of remaining tuition fees).
5. Week 11: College withdrawal deadline.
6. Week 12: Third installment due (25% of remaining tuition fees).
